I have problems with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and face pain while walking at the end of the day. However, I do not face this problem while wearing these sandals.

These sandals are perfect for me because of my ongoing ingrown toenail issue. I wonder if there is such a thing as a hiking sandal... They are perfect.
Over time, all the fabric will wear away, making the shoe look ugly and requiring me to pick up little flakes of fabric.
The top of my sole is flaking off and leaving little bits of fabric on my feet and anywhere my foot touches.
The velcro straps have a cutout thread that prevents them from tightening beyond the notch, causing the foot to slip out of the sandal.

I have been using these sandals for a short time and they are very comfortable. They fit great even with my wide foot. I wore them all day without socks and only felt a little soreness on the bottom of my foot in the later evening. I think it's because I don't wear sandals often, especially without socks.
