When I ordered a size higher than my normal size, the sole just got longer and I had to jam my foot into it.
I consistently wear a size 8 and ordered the same size. However, the sandals were too big with too much room between the foot and the top strap. I suggest ordering at least one size down.
I am disappointed with the fit of the sandals. They are huge and the gap between my foot and the strap is large, making it difficult to keep them on. They also look ridiculous because of this.
The slides I bought are lighter and more plastic than the ones from the adidas store, which had a rubbery feel.
