I prefer the look of the 504 and its derivatives. The 507 has a looser and wider fit even when fitted identically to the 504.
When I pull the hat all the way down, it bows my ears out and partially covers my eyes.

I am disappointed with the durability of the hat, specifically the third version I received. The fabric direction is inconsistent, seams are jagged, and the hat is no longer structured and is flimsy. The band is now made of cheap elastic and the fabric is warped with ripples where the visor meets the main body.

I had to exchange many caps to get an acceptable fit. The sizing for this Kangol style runs very large, so one size smaller than I would normally order would seem to be the way to go. However, doing that didn't work for one of my caps, where I actually needed my normal size.
