I had to go through a lot of trouble to get two nice caps after returning the damaged, ill-fitting or mismatched ones.
I am disappointed and angry about the change in the hat, especially the shorter brim and tighter fit.
If the cap gets wet in the rain, the lanolin in the wool smells like manure, but it disappears once it dries out naturally.
