The shaver starts with good close shaves but quickly dulls. It takes 20 passes to get a decent shave after just a few uses.
I experienced an uneven shave with tugging on hairs and was left with a stubbled shave that was not even close, indicating that the precision cutting of the replacement heads is not up to the mark.
I have complained that the gapping on these screens allows more skin to make contact with the blade, which is a negative aspect of the product.

The new replacement heads are easy to install. The system is better than older models where each head and bracket had to be removed. Now, the shaver portion pops off and replacement takes less than 3 seconds.
