It is very easy to replace the old head with the new one by popping the old one off with the button on the side of the head and then slipping this one in its place.

The replacement head was supposed to last 18 months, but it's already 90 days into it and it's much slower and rougher than it should be. I noticed it at 60 days and soon the blade will cut through the foil, making the head useless. This is ridiculous.
I have noticed that the blades don't last even 6 months anymore, as opposed to the marketed duration of a year.
I am annoyed that the foils eventually fail due to deterioration, rather than unacceptable sharpness.
