The shoe is not suitable for any type of exercise.
If I step on a rock while wearing these shoes, it is painful.

I found Nike Invincible Run 3 shoes to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn after trying them before giving them to my friend.
I had to go half a size down to 9.5 because size 10 was a little too long. The standard width is fine for my slightly narrow mid-foot where I lace the shoes. Once laced up, these are snug and don't move around at all and the heel is snug enough also. I am satisfied with the fit and comfort of the shoes.
