I have been using the same version of Brooks Ghost shoes for several years and they have always been good.
The fabric and stitching of my shoes are not holding up.
The glue holding on soles came loose on both pairs when I wore them about 50% and my big toe made a hole in the top of the shoe, which I had never experienced before.
The shoes are not durable and the mesh on top is already tearing. I faced the same problem with the ghost 8.

I searched for 'Men's comfy shoes' for my upcoming trip to Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, since my old shoes had no cushioning left in them. I found these Brooks shoes.
The shoe lacks cushioning and support and feels narrow, cramming my foot.
I do not recommend using these shoes for weight lifting because of the excessive cushioning.
