I have been using the product for ten years and it never fails to help me fall asleep and stay asleep.
I find that medicinal sleep aids work for me as I often have trouble going to sleep. If I have at least 6 hours or more of sleep, theres no morning groggy feeling. If I wake during the night, these help me to be able to go right back to sleep, and I wake refreshed and ready to go!
