The thermometer has great accuracy and can set probes for both ambient and food temperatures.
The temperature was accurate and on point, resulting in a delicious and moist turkey.
When I used the probes, they read about 20 degrees cold at room temperature and well over 120 degrees hotter when in use.

The battery life of this meat thermometer seems great. I don't anticipate any issues since the Bluetooth model still holds plenty of charge even after 5 years.
I have been using the unit for years and it still has a long battery life and works well.

I am satisfied with the WiFi connectivity of the thermometer as it allows me to monitor and receive alerts from anywhere. My old Bluetooth-only thermometer caused disconnection issues, but I have not faced any such problem with this one.
