I was surprised at how accurate the thermometer is, especially for a budget thermometer.
With the new probes, my accuracy is identical to my hand held probe.
I was impressed with the accuracy of the thermometer when I purchased them. They all read 32F in icewater.
I labeled one of the probes as subtract 17 degrees F, meaning at boiling water it registers 195F. Another one was boiling at 202F.
