I suggest using a small tool like a toothpick to clean the small hole blade when finished.
I initially thought that the grinder was not strong enough to grind raw chicken with bones, but later realized that the course/fine grinding plate caused it to get clogged and backed up.
I was able to grind 15 pounds of brisket trimmings for sausage in less than 5 minutes, with both course and fine grinds.
