The mattress has a feeling of depth/firmness to it that I would expect to find in a much heavier mattress. It feels like when I get into a bucket seat of a sports car, like it is hugging my body, there isn’t much bounce to it, totally takes the inertia out of a sit down or jump into bed.
I have used a firm mattress before and it was too firm for me to sleep. I also had hip and C7 fracture before, so the pain always bothered me in the firm mattress.
