Since sleeping on the mattress, I have not experienced any back pain or muscle pain.
There is no side support and if I sit on the edge of the bed, the mattress collapses significantly. However, when I lay on top of it, it is medium to medium-firm.
The top padding is too thin, and I can easily feel the coils or springs through it, indicating inadequate body support.

I allowed approximately 72 hours for the mattress to expand to a full 12 inches, but it did not.
