I find the mattress extremely hard and uncomfortable.
The mattress sinks pretty deep compared to my old one which is 10 years old and still doesn't sink like this.
I have noticed that the only issue I have with the mattress is its firmness. It is of good quality and has potential for those who prefer a firm mattress. However, I am disappointed with its level of firmness and will be adding a topper.
