The mattress has a feeling of depth/firmness to it that I would expect to find in a much heavier mattress. It feels like when I get into a bucket seat of a sports car, like it is hugging my body.
I normally like beds on the firmer side but this bed is perfectly in between, not too soft not too hard.
I started experiencing lower back pain after a few nights of sleep on this mattress. Even though it's stiff, you still sink as you lay there.
The mattress is listed as medium-firm but I sink down more than 5 inches into it. My pillow is more firm than this garbage.
