This pillow has been a godsend for my neck/shoulder pain issues that arise from the way I sleep. It's comfortable for side sleepers who normally move a lot and have neck/shoulder pain issues.
The pillow is comfortable to use both ways, i.e., tucking arm under it on top and putting it between legs on the bottom.
