I felt a difference in comfort as soon as I laid down on the pillow and did not have to turn as much while sleeping.
I have found this pillow to be the most comfortable one I have ever used. As a side sleeper, I tend to turn and toss while sleeping which usually wakes me up. However, with this pillow, I didn't even notice and slept soundly.
The pillow is very comfortable and helped me from rolling around in sleep after surgery. I highly recommend it.
I found the pillow comfortable to wedge under for support as my belly got bigger. The C shape allowed me to wrap my legs around it comfortably.

I chose the fuzzy texture because of my cats and the Jersey material picks up every little piece of fur and whatever else it can find.
