As a tall person, I wish the pillow was longer and a bit more stiff as it does not provide too much relief when put between my legs.

I was hoping for a sturdier memory foam or thick material, but the pillow has a normal consistency.
I deducted one star because the cover had iron burn spots where the fabric was melted and stuck together. The fabric is a little crunchy in spots but I am still grateful to have the pillow.
I suggest that the pillow is not breathable and gets too hot. A pillow made of jersey fabric would be a better option.
