About HUROM HZ Slow Juicer, Silver
Overall Feedback:
67% positive
83% praised the juice yield, but 17% wanted more output
I have noticed that the juicer gets clogged while ejecting fiber, especially celery, resulting in a four-star rating instead of five.
84% liked the durability, although 16% faced issues
I have noticed that the juicer is solidly built, weighing over eleven pounds and is very quiet to operate.
The juicer is difficult to open, disassemble, and clean. It gets locked up constantly and the chute seals onto the body almost hermetically, taking hours to open. This indicates poor durability.
The parts of the masticating-juicer are not durable and do not hold up as well as they should for the price.

82% liked the low heat generation, but 18% felt it got warm
I had trouble with the juicer cap breaking off where it pivots and the chute locking onto the body of the juicer, sealing almost hermetically. It took me hours to get it open. This is negative feedback regarding the heat generation of masticating-juicers.

83% praised the efficiency, but 17% didn't
I dislike the efficiency of the masticating-juicer. It is difficult to open, disassemble, and clean, and gets locked up constantly. Additionally, the juicer cap broke off where it pivots, and the chute locks onto the body of the juicer, making it difficult to open.
The juice is good, but the efficiency is not up to the mark. Some plant parts are left unjuiced and it is difficult to clean.
87% appreciated the sleek design, while 13% didn't
I have noticed that the machine cannot handle beets even when cut into quarters, and it bent the screen.
I've noticed that the juicer tends to get clogged when ejecting fiber, especially celery. A lot of it gets clogged under the auger, which makes me think it's designed that way, but it's still odd.
76% found the assembly straightforward, though 24% had some issues
After only a few months of use, a couple of the rubber flappers that move the juice started to come off.
I have to cut everything smaller than my previous centrifugal juicer but it was only by a small measure from the size I was previously used to cutting.
I have owned the juicer for 1.5 months and it squeezes out a lot of juice and is easy to clean.
