About MARCHWAY Floating Waterproof Dry Bag 5L/10L/20L/30L/40L
77% appreciated its buoyant design
When I opened the pack, everything inside was dry and it was buoyant.
I tested the floating ability of the bag on the river and found that it floats as claimed and does not let any moisture inside.
I had my bag with me during the float and it fell in and out of water due to rapids. The deepest it got was approximately 5 feet. Despite having 2 phones, a pack of smokes, a lighter, a camera, and towels inside, everything was completely dry at the end of the float.
77% liked the generous storage capacity, while 23% found it too small
The bag has a decent foldable capacity, allowing me to use it at its full 20L capacity or down to 5L.
The 20L bag holds a lot of stuff, but the actual storage space is about half the height of the bag when rolled 4 or 5 times.
I was able to store enough clothing for a 5+ day motorcycle camping trip in one of the bags.
The pack is not 40L, but it is around 26 tall and 10.5-ish in diameter, which is around 37L. I rolled the top down three times and it is about 17 tall, making the usable volume around 30L.
77% praised the secure closure system, but 23% experienced leaks
I found that even if I roll the top down 2-3 times, the bag is still waterproof sealed, although the instructions say to roll it down 4-5 times before clipping it closed.
On the first use, the snap that closes the bag broke.
77% liked the comfortable shoulder straps, but 23% found them too thin
The bag straps are comfortable and adjustable with options for 2 vs 1 strap and length. There was no irritation despite rubbing against my skin.
I found the bag comfortable to wear with wide straps and it's a great size for a day trip.
I was initially skeptical about the comfort of the bag, but it turned out to be quick and comfortable to wear.
The marine-dry-bag has straps to carry on the back if preferred.

77% praised for its durable construction, but 23% experienced tears
The seams are durable and show no chance of leaks, rips or tears from overstuffing.
The bag is very durable and can withstand torrential rain and take a beating. It is also a great price.
The material appears durable and so do the clips and straps.
The bag keeps things dry in rain and splashes from kayaking. If it goes into the water, I have a few minutes to pick it up again.

77% found it easy to load and unload
I love that the bag can be easily stored by just rolling it back up, which does not take up a lot of space in my luggage.
I can easily fit two beach towels, an oversized wallet, phone and keys in the bag.
79% appreciated its high-visibility design, but 21% found it hard to see
The bag kept everything completely dry without even a hint of water.
The color selection is bright and it will be easy to see if the bag happens to float down the river by itself.
I wanted a waterproof bag for tubing/kayaking but didn't want to spend $40 on one.
I found that the bag is not reliable for submersion and only suitable for occasional splashes.
77% appreciated its exceptional waterproofing, while 23% found it leaked
The dry bag keeps things dry in rain and kayaking splashes. If it goes into the water, I have a few minutes to pick it up again.
I had to pack my phone and keys in a zip lock bag as well because the bag did not function properly.
The bag is not meant to be submerged for long periods, but it is waterproof when floating.
I regret not buying a different brand that I know works as the bag is not waterproof.
