The product is amazing and fits under the sheet of the bed. It's so thin that you don't realize it's there.
After following the simple instructions, I have been using it every couple of days for a few weeks now. It has had a calming effect and made me feel more connected to the beautiful nature I could only admire from afar.
It takes around 15 minutes for me to calm down and release my legs from wanting to run, but I sleep better with these magnetic-field-therapy-products.
