Inside the luggage-set, there is no proper organization. It's just one big box with straps and a large mesh pocket. It doesn't have shoe pockets on the short ends and more importantly, it doesn't have the fold-out support for items on hangers, which makes it not useful for business travel and possibly not for some vacation travel.
