The overall quality of my luggage is great, but I received it damaged.
On the first trip I used it, the zipper broke indicating a problem with the build quality of the luggage set.
On a short trip, my suitcase got damaged easily with the handles, major scuffs, and the wheels losing functionality.
I felt that the suitcase was not very durable and cheaply built.

I gave 5 stars for the 'Durability' category and found the set to be durable.
I was impressed with the durability of the luggage sets. I thought the luggage loaders on the cruise would put the luggage to the test, but it turned out to be wrong. The largest and heaviest piece of luggage slipped off the top of stacked luggage and fell from the back of the SUV to concrete. Despite the fall, the luggage did not get any dents, just a little scrape.

The luggage set was easy to wheel through long breezeways at Heathrow with my personal-sized backpack strapped to the telescoping handle.

I decided to travel with a carry-on to eliminate wait time at baggage claim. This Samsonite carry-on is small but holds quite a bit.

I like the organizational capabilities of the suitcase and the fact that it has a side with a zippered cover to keep items from shifting around when opened.
The separate quick access compartment reduces the main section's space capacity.
