The paper works well with fountain pens and there is very little bleeding through, although it is not of the highest quality.
The paper has dark and clear ruled lines and is thick enough that my ink writing doesn't bleed through to the other side.

I noticed that the holes in the loose-leaf-binder-paper are not even and the binder rings I bought can't reach one of the holes. It is a good 2mm off which is significant enough that the rings can't reach.
