I faced an issue with the power supply causing interference with my powerline ethernet adapters.
I tried to use the power supply with a 12 volt light and a 5 volt light, but it did not work. My neighbor checked both power supplies and found that they were only putting out 3 volts. This is a 12 volt power supply, so it should put out 12 volts for low voltage LED lighting, but it does not.
When no load was connected, I measured the transformer delivering 11.5v, but it stopped delivering when the load was attached.
