This adaptor is easy to install and screws into the standard light socket. It provides two plugs, one polarized, two blade, and a place to put back in your light bulb without eliminating the ability to have a bulb in that light.
I had to try different ways to install the socket and finally got it to work by screwing in 2 bulbs and screwing the splitter to a light socket. Both lights lit up and stayed lit.
