I have been experiencing issues with the adhesive strength of the LED strip lights. Despite pressing them down tightly, they have fallen off the wall multiple times over the past two and a half weeks. I have even had to hide the areas that have fallen off with organizer bins. Currently, the entire strip is coming off the wall.
The adhesive backing of the led-strip-lights doesn't stick too well. One section of the lights fell down after only a couple of days.
The adhesive of the led-strip-lights is not great, so I had to buy heavy duty double sided tape to keep it up.
The adhesive strength of our product is terrible.

Installing the LED strip lights was super easy and the glue worked well on non-porous surfaces.

I can use the LED strip lights with the app or remote, but I am unable to connect it to Alexa as it keeps saying 'can't at this time'.
I tried cutting the strip in a different area and the other string light worked.
