About Ryobi ONE+ 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Leaf Blower
Overall Feedback:
71% positive
67% were satisfied with the air nozzle design
I suggest rotating the extension tube slightly so that the projection at the top rides up on the ridges to keep it in place while using the blower.
62% appreciated the airflow capacity, yet 38% didn't
For my purposes, the blower's rating of 90 MPH and 200 CFM is sufficient.
The air flow capacity of the leaf-blower is not as advertised. It blows debris around instead of being focused.
79% found the battery long lasting, yet 21% experienced rapid drainage
I need a leaf blower that uses Ryobi 18-volt batteries, which I use with other tools.
I am concerned about the battery life of the blower, even though it is less expensive.
80% highlighted the maintenance requirements, but 20% found them excessive
I dislike gasoline powered devices due to their weight and reliability. My corded blower is somewhat heavy and dealing with the cord adds to the chore.
75% liked the motor performance, while 25% didn't
The leaf blower has a 3-inch motor that whines like a broken Walmart fan and has very low air flow. The nozzle also falls off every time I move it side to side.
The leaf blower's motor performance is not up to the claimed specifications. It blows debris around without much direction.
The blower works, but it is a little weak.
67% appreciated the speed levels, while 33% found them inadequate
The leaf blower has a two-speed slide switch, but it is not variable.
The leaf blower is not very focused and just blows debris around. The ad claims 200cfm but it is not very directional.
I have noticed a design flaw in the air nozzle of the blower. The air intake is on the left side, which is inconvenient for right-handed people. If the blower is too close to the side, it sucks up against you, causing no air to go in and therefore no air to come out. To avoid this issue, it is suggested to keep the blower at a distance from the side.
The air sweeper is easy to use and helps in keeping the garage tidy.
