About SUMYOUNG Cordless Leaf Blower
Overall Feedback:
73% positive
71% were satisfied with the air nozzle design; however 29% found it awkward
This leaf blower works great if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a dewalt blower.
The nozzles are difficult to remove and attach easily.
The air intake is on the left side and it often sucks up my clothing.
72% appreciated the airflow capacity, yet 28% didn't
The amount of air flow is suitable for small to medium jobs/yards.
I had to bend down because the airflow of the leaf-blower is not sufficient.
84% found the battery long lasting, yet 16% experienced rapid drainage
I ended up with a cheap look alike that had no battery.
82% highlighted the maintenance requirements, but 18% found them excessive
I used a Milwaukee 5 amp 18 volt battery on speed 4 and it lasted.
The only downside of this product is that it uses battery life quicker than an impact or drill.
The attachments break easily and are cheap.
After only 7 months of use, the unit stopped working.
82% liked the motor performance, while 18% didn't
I found that the motor is not strong enough and can not hold up for long.
The blower is phenomenally loud, almost on par with my much larger gasoline-powered backpack blower.
I had to adjust the position of the leaf-blower to compensate for the motor performance, indicating that it is not up to the mark.
72% found it silent to operate, althrough 28% experienced loud vibrations
I love using the leaf-blower in the summer to blow the dust off things. However, when I tried to use it for more than a couple of minutes in December, it shut off due to bearing issue.
73% appreciated the speed levels, while 27% found them inadequate
The leaf-blower has 6 speed settings and can remove dust from the desk or keyboard to high enough to remove debris from the lawn.
While using a Milwalkee 5 amp 18 volt battery, I found that the leaf blower lasted on speed #4.
I have complained that the blower is phenomenally loud, almost on par with my much larger gasoline-powered backpack blower.
78% were satisfied with the storage, althrough 22% weren't
I have noticed that the product uses battery life quicker than an impact or drill, which is its only downside.
The long tube had a coupling installed on the opposite end from the blower and it fell apart multiple times. I had to install small screws to hold it in place. Also, the locking design at the blower end is an issue during use as it allows the tube to rotate and fall apart.
The leaf blower battery only lasted 15 minutes after a full charge. The initial charge took over 2 hours and after first use, the alleged 45 minute charge is currently at 1:25 and still not finished.
I did not mention anything about the air nozzle design of the leaf blower.
