  • What users have to say about Golf Buddy Laser 1S Rangefinder with Slope

I purchased a laser range finder because I was feeling like my simple Front/Middle/ Back gps device wouldn't cut it.

He was not happy when we were standing next to a tee box marker on a par 3 and his device was 8 yards off the mark, but he liked that it showed the slope adjusted yards in large text.

I have compared the readings with range finders playing with each other and we are within plus or minus three yards of each other, but it takes several seconds before the range button clears.

I compared the number from this range finder with a big brand range finder and I found it to be accurate, and the size of the range finder made it not too heavy and bulky.

A friend used mine and brought it with him, it was a great range finder, no need to spend mega dollars for something that will give you the same distance.

    FAQ

    Q:

    How is the battery charged?

    A:

It uses a cr2 battery that lasts for a while and is easy to replaceable.

    Q:

Is it possible that it can be damaged by the sun's light?

    A:

I don't see why it wouldn't be ruined by the sun, I keep mine in the case on my bag, and it worked fine for the last 2 seasons.

    Q:

Are the distance numbers large enough for me?

    A:

It should not be a problem to read the numbers.

    Q:

Is there a way to keep the slope mode on permanently?

    A:

All settings on the device will be the settings until you change them.

    Q:

What is the difference between the laser 1s and the laser lite?

    A:

The Laser 1S is better at reading up to 880 yards than the Laser lite, which is 1 year after the Laser 1S.
