After using a non-Canon ink replacement from Amazon, the print quality became almost unreadable.
I called Canon to verify the authenticity of the toner cartridges. There was no serial number on the cartridges, which is unusual for Canon 054 toner cartridges. I ordered 2, 1 black and 1 magenta, but both turned out to be fake and I had to return them.
I faced the issue twice while purchasing complete cartridge set and once while purchasing single color.
