I compared the quality of two different brands of tallow. The other brand's tallow was creamy, smooth, and white, and made awesome soap. However, this brand's tallow was half liquid, lumpy, and yellow, and had to be kept in the refrigerator after opening. I made soaps with it anyway, but the soap came out bad. I will go back to the other brand even though it costs more.
