The dock is compatible with both Macs and PCs.
The NIC inside both UDS015D and 033 are not compatible with Apple Silicon-based networking standards.
97% liked the data transfer speed, while
I couldn't find a dock with 2.5gig ethernet for my 2 gig internet, but I'm guessing the dock's ethernet speed is only gigabit.
Display link technology does not pass through native HDMI or DisplayPort signal from my computer to the displays but actually a compressed signal.
The practical connection speed is very slow despite the device claiming to be 1Gbps ethernet and the system detecting it to be 1Gbps connection. I also mentioned the speed I am getting while copying within the local network.

The metal silver color of the docking station matches with apple products.
The dock gets hot to the touch, but I have not faced any stability issues.
The product has a sturdy build quality and is not made of cheap plastic.

This docking station helps me keep my desktop tidy.

I am able to run two monitors with my laptop through Displaylink - a 32" 4k Monitor at 60hz and a 24" 1080p monitor at 60hz.
I am able to work with 4 monitors perfectly using this laptop-docking-station. The arrangement of monitors is specified.
I finally have a desktop that supports my 3 24" monitors.

The front of my laptop docking station has 3 usb-A ports, 1 usb-C port, 1 3.5mm audio/microphone port, 1 SD card slot, and 1 microSD card slot, which is a significant improvement compared to the older model.
97% were satisfied with the power delivery, but
I wish the device had more power delivered via the Type C for a 5-star rating.
My power hungry laptop requires a 300W supply, but the dock's 120W supply is sufficient for all but the most demanding tasks.
I have concerns about the device's longevity as it runs hot.
93% appreciated the security features,but
The dock has a good mix of ports and the transfer speed is very fast.
At the back of the docking station, there is an Ethernet port for wired internet connection.
