I have multiple USB devices connected and a microSD card for Time Machine backups.
I faced issues while using the device with a gaming laptop. Loading and running the drivers was difficult without getting a warning.

Display link technology does not pass through native HDMI or DisplayPort signal from my computer to the displays but actually a compressed signal.
The practical connection speed is very slow despite the device claiming to be 1Gbps ethernet and the system detecting it to be 1Gbps connection. I also mentioned the speed I am getting while copying within the local network.

The front of my laptop docking station has 3 usb-A ports, 1 usb-C port, 1 3.5mm audio/microphone port, 1 SD card slot, and 1 microSD card slot, which is a significant improvement compared to the older model.
