The docking station worked fine despite being listed as not compatible with my AMD Ideapad laptop.
I expected an easy experience with my ThinkPad T480, but after 2 hours of troubleshooting, I gave up. It seems that I have faced issues with the docking station while trying to use it with my laptop.
I bought two of these to replace two USB-C Gen-2 docks that did not support full 1920x1080 resolution on my Lenovo E15 Gen-2 AMD laptops.
The docking station works with my Dell laptop most of the time, but rarely ever works properly with either of my ThinkPad laptops.

I have tried updating drivers, software, and BIOS several times over a three-month span, but the issue persists. My coworker with an identical setup has also faced this issue.
