I have noticed that the device and its documentation do not claim to be a thunderbolt device.
My two identical monitors can't seem to reach matching resolution, so the device fails to meet my expectations.
I faced an issue connecting an HDMI cable to the device. It takes a 4k cable which is slightly smaller than the traditional HDMI cable.
