I bought a unit that does not recognize any USB devices.

The dock works well with different laptops such as Lenovo ThinkPad P15, Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 6, and Dell Latitude 5440.
It is difficult to find a standard dock that supports all our Dell laptops due to their varying power supply power output requirements.
It worked fine with my Lenovo docking station but not with the one I am using it with.
My dock is paired with an XPS laptop that has no USB-A ports at all.

I tested the product with all possible loads and found it to be exactly what I needed. It charges at full speed and my XPS 15 works at full power without any issues.

I checked the service tag and found that it is a new product with a 3 year warranty from Dell, despite reviews stating it was refurbished and registered in China.
The power button on the dock works fine with Dell, but not with ThinkPads, indicating non-standardized security features of laptop-docking-stations.
International tech support was useless.
Even after loading up the USB-C adapters, I still ran out of room.
