The power button on the dock works fine with Dell, but not with ThinkPads, indicating non-standardized security features of laptop-docking-stations.
International tech support was useless.
Even after loading up the USB-C adapters, I still ran out of room.
I paid for the Dell dock hoping it would work better with my Dell laptop, but it did not work out.
