I faced an issue where my phone started playing old recorded messages while pressing numbers during an important call.

I like this phone because of the dial pad and the bigger window. It has buttons to do things like raise volume, speaker, mute, etc right on the dial pad, instead of in a small menu.

After 2 weeks of using the phone, calls were getting dropped and the person on the other end could not hear me. It made conducting business difficult and even caused me to lose money.
