The sound quality is great.
At times, callers complain that I sound muffled and the sound quality is a little distant.
I often have trouble understanding who is calling due to poor call clarity.
After 5 minutes of conversation, the phone drops the call and the other person cannot hear me.

I used to have a phone with a feature where I could press the star key to add a 1 in front of the number of someone who called. This phone does not have that feature, which makes it difficult for me to call someone back if the caller ID does not have the 1 when needed.
