It would be better if the answering machine played the message loud when I am unable to answer the call. Also, I have to wait till the message is finished to know what the caller was calling about.
I am frustrated with the voicemail and messaging features of the phone. Messages seem to go into a small answering machine in an unexplainable way, with only some of them going into voicemail. I have tried to access voicemail with a code through the phone company, with only occasional success.
I find it difficult to keep track of messages and calls on this phone as it does not provide the date when messages are left and there is no call list in the menu.

The audio quality of messages left was poor with static and distortion, making the answering machine component unacceptable.
If I am on a call longer than 15/20 minutes, the phone will simply disconnect the call.
