About Corded Phone - Phones for Seniors - Phone for Hearing impaired
Overall Feedback:
66% positive
66% liked the call clarity, while 34% found it muffled
I can hear clearly when someone is speaking on the phone, indicating good call clarity.
The volume control on the handset is only for the ringer, not for hearing the caller.
Initially, the call clarity was good but the people we called couldn't hear us the second week we owned it.
62% found the call waiting features helpful
The phone has a flash button to retrieve calls waiting.
68% appreciated the design, yet 32% found it outdated
I love the vintage iSoho phone. It is very sturdy with big buttons that light up, a flash button to retrieve calls waiting, a redial button, and a curly cord. It is also very easy to use and I truly love it.
The phone is small, easy to move around and doesn't take up much desk space.
I suggest that the phone could benefit from being heavier, as it slides around the table when in use.
I wish the base was a bit heavier as it can be easily pulled off the table when answering the phone.
The receiver is made of thin material and will shatter if dropped, indicating a poor design for the landline phone.
When I lift the handset, the phone slides all over the place, indicating that the design is not user-friendly.
63% highlighted the noise reduction technology although 37% noticed glitches
I am frustrated with the phone as I can barely understand anyone talking to me, even after adjusting the volume control setting. This indicates a poor user experience with the noise reduction technology of the landline phone.
The volume control is for the ringer, not for hearing the caller on the handset.
70% were satisfied with the recording capacity, but 30% experienced data loss
I wish the base of my phone was heavier to prevent it from getting pulled off the table when answering calls.
I had trouble with people hearing me during the second week of owning it.
I had issues with sound quality, crackling and popping in line intermittently with my first phone. It was determined that the phone itself was the cause.
I find that the phone looks nice but lacks substance and stability. It is very cheaply made and very light.
