The handsets and answering machine have a good clear volume range and allow for individual selection of ringer style and volume.
The voice quality is clear and crisp.
I am unable to see who called as the phone cancels every incoming call.

I rated the system with 4 stars instead of 5 because the mounting design is a little ridiculous and it is nearly impossible to hide the wires.
The phone bases are light and need to be secured with double-sided tape to prevent them from flying around.
The battery cover door is poorly designed and sucks.
