For a workshop, the phone is great as the dial buttons are covered when not in use, preventing dust from falling into the keys.
The grey hook on the base is flippable. It must be turned around and reinserted the other way to hold the handset to the cradle when on the wall.
The keypad is not illuminated as described and as the original trimline phones did.
I noticed that the receiver does not stay in place because of the small piece that is loosely fitted into its slot.
