I can adjust the light from dim to very bright.
A compact adjustable stand would be very helpful for our product.
The adjustment wheel is marked at 40x and 1000x, but there are no indications of the settings in between.
I have noticed that the zoom ring measurements are different from the nominal values, despite it going from 40x to 1000x.

I love the microscope's dimming feature which solves the problem of too much light. It also has total control so that pictures are never washed out and if there is an outside light source, the camera light can be turned off.
The LEDs around the camera provide excellent lighting for the microscope and produce great imagery.
The light works well and can be dimmed using a small wheel on the cord.
I can adjust the brightness of the 8 LED built-in light from off to extremely bright using a knob.

I checked the calibration of the zoom and found that the values of 40X to 1000X match the actual measurements on the computer screen.
