The dispenser is the perfect size, but not all of the medicine comes out. I have personally faced this problem, so based on my experience, I can say that.
After washing the syringes by hand, I noticed that some became difficult to use because the plastic inner stick bent, making it hard to push the stick inside. Additionally, some of the plungers got stuck inside the syringe.
