The knives I used are the sharpest I have ever used and seem to be rust-resistant.
The knife-sets have poor rust resistance. The coating has held up horribly and there are pocs in the handle coating. I use the small knife in pic 3 very often, 4 times a week give or take, and the base where the knife meets the handle is rusting out and the handle coating is peeling. I use the knife in pic 4 every so often, once a week maybe 2, and the tip of all things is rusting out already.
