I use 2 knives almost every day and still only need to sharpen once every 4-6 months.
After using the knives for almost 5 months, I can say that they still remain sharp. The sharpener really keeps them sharp but I dont sharpen them often.
The knives are sharp for now, but the color is already starting to wear off at the edges of the blades after using them for a few months.
