I love the countdown timer visual and cannot live without it. Other cube timers may be cheaper, but they do not have the ability to see the time actually counting down on the display. For me, this feature is worth the extra money and I trust that others will want to know how much time is left.
The timer functionality is really cool with placement sensors that start the countdown depending on the device's orientation. Setting the clock face upright pauses the countdown and flipping it resets it.
