I saw a comment that the scissors are hard to clean, but in my opinion, it is very easy to clean. There is a piece at the end of the scissors cover that goes through the blades of the scissors and gets all the spices out.
Cleaning the kitchen shears is straightforward and saves me from scrubbing green off my cutting board. I just cut up spinach right into the bowl/dish and then rinse the scissors.
It is easy to clean by running it under the hot tap and popping it into the dishwasher if needed.
The kitchen-shears can be easily cleaned by opening and closing it under running water and using the plastic cover like a comb to get any stuck pieces out.
