I find the knife too magnetic and fear I might cut myself while sliding it out.
I have difficulty sinking the corker edge to the bottom side of the bread dough because it interferes with the plastic holder. I am also not comfortable handling the blade to push in/out either.
Slashing the dough surface or making designs doesn't work with a knife or an exacto blade while baking bread and sweets.
